Programs develop young people’s fitness, positive use of leisure time, skills for stress management, appreciation for the environment, and social skills.
Improves Club members’ knowledge of healthy habits, good nutrition and physical fitness; increase the numbers of hours per day they participate in physical activities; and strengthen their ability to interact positively with others and engage in healthy relationships.
Organized basketball, flag football, volleyball, soccer, and baseball programs. The high school basketball team travels to other Los Angeles clubs to compete in league and tournament play.
PITCH, HIT & RUN
Encourages youth participation in baseball and allow them to showcase their pitching, hitting and running abilities. Open to youth ages 7 - 14.
High School Students learn how to exercise, eat right, and lead a healthy life style using the fitness center at Carson High School.
Prepare youth to cheer their favorite teams by teaching the basics of cheerleading. Youth learn dance routines and cheers that they perform for audiences of all kinds. Open to boys & girls ages 6 – 11.
